Linklaters Expands Financial Regulation Practice with Two New Partners in Europe.

Linklaters has strengthened its financial regulation practice by adding two new partners in Europe. Marc Perrone, based in Paris, joins from Freshfields and specializes in banking and financial institution transactions, as well as advising on organizational and conduct of business rules for regulated financial activities in France and globally.

Mariken van Loopik, based in Amsterdam, comes from De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and focuses on governance, regulatory capital transactions, recovery and resolution planning, complex transactions, and contentious matters.
