Ross Elfand has joined King & Spalding as a partner in their business litigation practice group in New York. Elfand specializes in handling claims related to intellectual property and antitrust laws, as well as representing clients in complex issues at the intersection of global privacy and competition laws.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Elfand was previously associated with White & Case.
