Ross Elfand, a seasoned antitrust litigator, has joined King & Spalding as a partner in their Business Litigation practice group in New York. Elfand brings extensive experience in high-profile antitrust matters, particularly in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors. He specializes in cases involving the intersection of intellectual property and antitrust laws, as well as global privacy and competition laws.

Elfand's expertise includes representing companies before antitrust and competition enforcement agencies worldwide and handling complex multi-district cartel and monopolization cases. His addition is expected to strengthen King & Spalding's antitrust capabilities and support the firm's growth in handling complex antitrust matters.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Elfand was a partner at White & Case. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from Emory University.
