Elfand's expertise includes representing companies before antitrust and competition enforcement agencies worldwide and handling complex multi-district cartel and monopolization cases. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Elfand was a partner at White & Case. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from Emory University.
