Valerie Stacey has joined Honigman as a partner in their business litigation practice group in Detroit. Stacey, who previously worked at Jones Day, specializes in high-stakes commercial litigation and complex tort disputes in state and federal courts across the United States. Her experience includes working on high-profile cases with multi-million and billion-dollar stakes.

In addition to her primary practice, Stacey maintains a pro bono practice focused on assisting asylum seekers. Her pro bono work involves developing case assessments, preparing refugees for credible fear interviews, and leading evidentiary hearings to secure restraining orders.
