Paul Hastings has strengthened its capital markets practice with the addition of two new partners, Scott Chase and Kerry Johnson, in Boston and Chicago, respectively. Chase, joining from Goodwin Procter, specializes in advising public and private companies on corporate and securities matters, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, corporate governance, disclosure issues, and mergers and acquisitions.

Johnson, formerly with DLA Piper, focuses on capital markets and securities offerings, M&A transactions, and corporate governance matters, with a particular emphasis on the real estate industry and publicly traded REITs. These strategic hires demonstrate Paul Hastings' commitment to expanding its expertise in key areas of capital markets and corporate law.
