Kirkland & Ellis Hires H.T. Flanagan as Debt Finance Partner in Dallas and New York.

Kirkland & Ellis has announced the addition of H.T. Flanagan as a partner in their debt finance group, working from both Dallas and New York offices. Flanagan brings expertise in advising private credit funds, alternative lenders, and other investors on various financial matters, including private credit financings and complex capital solutions.

Flanagan's experience extends to counseling credit-oriented investors on direct originations, secondary market opportunities, and structured capital investments. He also provides guidance to private equity firms and their portfolio companies on leveraged finance transactions and represents private capital clients in acquisition financings and other specialized financial arrangements.
