O'Melveny Strengthens Singapore M&A Practice with Two New Partners.

O'Melveny, a global law firm, has expanded its Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Singapore by adding two experienced pan-Asia transactional lawyers, Stephanie Keen and Sylvia Taslim, as Partners. Both are renowned for their strategic M&A and private equity expertise across various industries, including technology, consumer, and energy sectors.

Keen and Taslim join O'Melveny from Hogan Lovells' Singapore office, where Keen held senior leadership roles. Their addition is part of O'Melveny's ongoing strategic growth, with 23 lateral partners joining the firm since 2023, including 14 corporate partners across multiple offices.

Keen brings nearly three decades of experience advising corporations, lenders, and mid-market private equity sponsors on various transactions globally. Taslim has a strong background in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public takeovers, private equity transactions, and venture capital investing.
